My Family and I joined the Johnstown community 8 years ago and we are pleased to

community our home. As a local builder we are

is Johnstown's first community to offer a pool, clubhouse and direct access to Johnstown's

Our traditional homes come from the 84 Lumber Oaks Collection and Nelson Design
Group. Since we are a custom builder we will work with any house plans that fit
within the set back requirements for the sub division.
